Eric Wheeler teaches at Middleton High School in Middleton, WI, where they have worked to properly introduce their students to CNC machining with an array of Tormach machines. Wheeler has developed curriculum and empowered his students to unleash their creativity and problem-solving skills with manufacturing tools. 

Plasma cutting is, more often than not, connected to the world of fabrication and welding. And for good reason - they involve similar tools, techniques, and skill sets. Terence Musto, the founder and owner of Fabbro Industries, shared his journey from finance to the world of custom motorcycle and bicycle building, and suspension technology.

Kevin Corley is a construction project manager that started his CNC journey with a non-descript CNC router. He quickly found it a struggle to make parts out of metal and began to explore what Tormach had to offer instead. While working on prototypes for a client’s Kickstarter campaign, he picked up a Tormach 770M CNC mill, and didn’t look back. 

Tormach team members recently returned from 3D EXPERIENCE WORLD in Nashville, TN, and it was an event to experience. Previously known as SOLIDWORKS World, the event featured an array of CAD and CAM workshops and seminars, but the Tormach crew spent their time making all sorts of chips.
