Quick Post: New Modular Jaws, and New SprutCAM7 Tutorials

Quick notes for today:

New to the website is a whole set of modular vise jaw plates for either of our 5″ vises. Especially cool are the Pin Jaw and Multi-V Block Jaw Plates.

There’s also a set you can buy that gets you all of them. We’ve got some more workholding things on the way, all of it designed with input from Tormach machinists and customers. I’ll add updates as we get them on the web. You can see all the jaws on our website here.

Also, after a bit of hiatus, we’ve got another new SprutCAM7 tutorial uploaded today: Tabs & Bridges

Check it out here.

Finally, thanks to all for the great response for the ATC beta program. We’re still sorting through the emails and making decisions, thanks for your patience and enthusiasm to those stilll waiting on response.

Nice jaws. Very interested in the pin jaw. But is the price correct on the combined vises? That is a heck of deal if I am reading it right.

Yes, it is a pretty good deal. Just remeber that the set doesn’t include the pin jaw. I’ll look and see what it would take to make a pin jaw set as well.
